New Mini MousekeEars at Disney Parks This Fall!

Last year I enjoyed walking around WDW and seeing all the character inspired mickey ears.  This year Disney’s ear hat team shrunk several ear hats and introduced MousekeEars.  These new hats are sure to be collectible since they can fit into the palm of your hand as displayed in the picture be

Developer Megan Kachur was interviewed about their creation. “We have been working on the new MousekeEars for over a year,” Megan explained. “We wanted something guests could collect, share or wear. The ear hat is one of the most recognizable Disney Parks merchandise items so it seemed like a natural fit [laughs].” “New Long time Disney Design Group artist Mark Seppala used the artwork he created for last year’s full-size designs as a starting point. “Our guests have told us how much they loved the character ear hats we released last year, so that seemed like a good place to start,” said Mark. “The first samples that arrived at our office were spot on; we didn’t need to make many modifications.” “New

The first two MousekeEars collections will be introduced in October so I won’t get to see them this year in the parks 🙁 One will contain Disney characters, including the fab five, while the other collection will feature bright “pop color” hats.

They will be releasing additional designs some of which include country flags from World Showcase at Epcot!

Hats will be $12.95 each. “Instructions Disney artist Dave Keefer designed the window box packaging for MousekeEars, which resembles a stage (a great way to display the hats for collectors). Each hat also comes with a removable chin strap, key chain and hair clip.

I wish they had these when DD was born.  They would have been the perfect size for her preemie head!  Can’t you just see that adorable image in you mind?

So will you be purchasing these cute little ears?  Want to book a trip to Walt Disney World or Disneyland so you can purchase these?  Remember October is Food and Wine Festival time at Epcot and Free Dining, and Room Discounts are available so you can save money on the tickets and use it to buy these adorable new funsize ears!  Contact me to book!

  1. I think to honestly eerxpience everything in a relaxing no hectic manner you cannot eerxpience both parks in one day. In fact you might not get to everything in a relaxed manner in two. If you want to eerxpience everything I suggest you plan your day before you start it. And also have a backup plan such as if a line is too long or something is not working at the moment. Hope you have a fun trip
