Universal Orlando Resort is continuing to unleash more entertainment and excitement this year. With so many new offerings, this spring is the perfect time to visit—especially if you’re a member of our Universal Orlando Annual Pass (UOAP) family.

Being a member of our family, you have access to all of our attractions whenever you want. Not to mention special events made just for you!

As if you even needed an excuse to visit, here are 7 epic reasons to keep coming back!

1. Enjoy the Ride on Fast & Furious – Supercharged

Become part of the UOAP family AND the Fast & Furious Family this spring with the brand new attraction Fast & Furious – Supercharged, opening this spring in Universal Studios Florida.

With 8 incredible films, it’s pretty awesome to have an attraction based around such a huge movie franchise. You can even see cars from the films throughout the attraction and pick up some new gear.

UOAP Discount: Premier and Preferred Passholders get a discount off of merchandise from the Custom Gear shop; 15% off for Premier and 10% off for Preferred.

 2. The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade

Muggles and wizards rejoice as the Hogwarts castle lights up this spring at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. This Hufflepuff turned Slytherin is pretty excited to see both houses represented!

Listen as the Sorting Hat celebrates Hufflepuff, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Gryffindor while you watch the Hogwarts castle transform before your eyes.

The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade happens on select nights, but as a UOAP, you can come back as much as you want!

 3. Cool Off At Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park

Relax in a tropical paradise alongside a tranquil beach or enjoy thrills on Krakatau Aqua Coaster. Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park is the perfect way to cool off this spring.

While you’re there, try the delicious Waturi Fusion Ice Cream. This rainbow celebration of ice cream is just what you need to relax in the sun. From pizza, burgers, and tacos to salads, chicken, and even a quinoa edamame burger – Universal’s Volcano Bay has food perfect for whatever you’re craving!

With this theme park being so new, it is important to get there early. To add to the incredible benefits of being a Passholder, Volcano Bay will now be offering Early Park Admission to 3-Park UOAPs from May 1 to May 31, 2018.

UOAP Discount: Premier and Preferred Passholders receive a discount at Universal’s Volcano Bay merchandise and at all restaurants – with the exception of alcoholic beverages and food and beverage carts. Premier Passholders receive 15% off and Preferred receive 10% off.

 4. Mornings Are Despicable, But Minions Make It Better!

Have a staycation this spring at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. While you’re at it, get breakfast and a photo with your favorite Despicable Me characters – Gru, Margo, Edith, Agnes, and the Minions.

Enjoy an awesome breakfast buffet at Cayman Court, and fill up on pancakes before heading to the theme parks.

I’m not a morning person at all, but the Minions are the best excuse to wake up early and start the day! Our on-site hotels offer special UOAP rates; make sure to check out your latest offer.

 5. Chow Down on Doughnuts from Voodoo Doughnut

I love doughnuts. Some may consider it an obsession, but now I have the perfect place to satisfy my craving and so do you.

Voodoo Doughnut is opening this spring in Universal CityWalk. Voodoo Doughnut gives the perfect excuse to keep coming back with over 50 one-of-a-kind doughnuts to choose from, including vegan options.

UOAP Discount: Premier and Preferred Passholders get a discount off their purchases at Voodoo; Premier receive 15% off and Preferred receive 10% off.

 6. “Must Go Faster” To Celebrate The 25th Anniversary of Jurassic Park
Jurassic Park River Adventure
The OG Jurassic Park film was released June of 1993, making 2018 the 25th Anniversary of its release.

With so much excitement surrounding Jurassic Park, Universal’s Islands of Adventure provides the perfect setting for a celebration.

Take the time to cool off in the beautiful Florida weather by riding Jurassic Park River Adventure and seeing many of your favorite dinos.

 7. Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Honk Honkers Cotton Candy

Sweets are the key to my heart and Universal Orlando definitely holds that key this spring.

The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Kitchen provides the most amazing way to cool off from the Florida sun: Milkshakes! And they have just added three new milkshakes to their menu.

Make sure to head over to CityWalk to try one of the latest milkshakes (and my personal favorite) the Confetti Shake. With vanilla ice cream, vanilla buttercream frosting, rainbow sprinkles, fresh whipped cream, and a slice of confetti cake on top you can’t go wrong.

While spending your time at Islands of Adventure, make your way over to Seuss Landing to get a bite out of Honk Honkers Gourmet Cotton Candy.

Did I mention you get to create your cotton candy dream? Choose from Blue Raspberry, Pink Vanilla, Jolly Berry, Apple, Grape, and Birthday Cake to get your creation started.

Top your pillow of cotton candy off with rock candy, sprinkles, animal crackers, marshmallow bits, chocolate bites, chocolate cookies, or chocolate sprinkles.

UOAP Discount: Premier and Preferred Passholders receive a discount off food and non-alcoholic beverages at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen AND Honk Honkers Gourmet Cotton Candy. Premier Passholders receive 15% off and Preferred receive 10% off.

Universal Orlando is giving you so many reasons to visit this spring and keep coming back again and again. And it gets better. How does 15 months of Universal Orlando for the price of 12 sound to you? Renew your Annual Pass now and receive three months free.
